Hello everyone
I'm doing a project (OCR) and I'm using an ANN
My problem is the weight calculation (I think)

With 1 pattern the total error decreases (which is good), but with 2+ patterns the total error increases : /

I learned from the net, and I listened to this lecture yesterday
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnWL2w7Fuo8

I just don't know what it could be..
I noticed that all the values in the lecture are POSITIVE, so the weights are always increased-->error always increased

Another thing i wanted to know is why when i have 1 output, ant i am training the net with 1 pattern, the output for different pattern is very close to 1 (the desired value)??

Thanks! : )
